Navika Sailing – Video #1

Ahoy! We decided to switch things up and create some videos as well to document our journey.

So happy to share our first video! We buy our Tayana 37 sailboat in Barcelona, and sail her up to Antibes, in the South of France where we spend some time getting our tiny home ready to sail full-time. Covid and lockdown hits in France and we find ourselves in the marina for 4 months, living aboard, working on refitting the boat and getting ready to set sail on our adventure once lockdown lifts.

We take on the huge project of renovating our teak decks which takes us longer than expected..! We install hot water, a shower, an inverter and bake lots of cakes to keep morale high during our lockdown days. 🙂
