Navika Sailing – Video #8

Ahoy! We’re still making our way down the coast of Corsica in this video, and absolutely loving boat life. We keep getting some great wind and get to use our spinnaker / cruising chute for the first time since January.

Classic us, we’re always cutting it close time wise and we end up racing up a hill to make it to the post office before it closes to send off some packages and that new alternator we bought which didn’t fit.

We do some beach yoga in Girolata, sail down to Ajaccio, the capital of Corsica and Napoleon Bonaparte’s birthplace, where we pick up our first guest, Dev who comes to visit.

We sail to the uninhabited islands of the Iles Sanguinaires (Blood Islands) and do some sunset yoga on the island. Lars and Dev practice some free diving and I (Alex) get the guitar out and have a sing song!
