Join me on the mat for a sweet end of day flow.

Take some time to mark the end of your day and transition into the evening ahead.

We’ll move through a smooth sequence, opening up the hips, chest and hamstrings , before moving down on the mat for some deeper stretches before winding down for the rest of the evening.
