This practice is great for everyone, but particularly if you have no/little experience with meditation.
We’ll feel the pleasant sensations of relaxation in the body and learn how to train the mind by using them as our object of meditation. This is a great go-to technique for breaking the cycle of stress, realising that we can be our own source of ease and enjoyment.
